There is STILL TIME to sign up for the final TA Blood drive of 2012, and open slots are still available!
The very basics:
The drive is October 12th, from 1:30pm to 7pm at JELD WEN at 18th and Morrison. You can sign up by going to
and entering timbersarmy as the Sponsor Code (one word). After that, pick an open slot and you’re done!
We also need volunteers to help with the check-in table and hand out juice and cookies on the buses. If you’re interested in this, send an email to TABloodDrive@gmail.com with your availability and if you have a preference for the table or bus.

UPDATE: A certain 107IST pizza partner business across the street has again helpfully provided free slice and beverage coupons for participants for the day of the event. See the forums for more info.

Are there any pheresis machine to do double reds, or pheresis donations? Not that I am against whole blood donations, I just happen to already be on a pheresis schedule.
Machines are not on the buses so whole blood is the only option.
How long between donations, I just did one 9/28?
There is a 56 day waiting period in between donations for whold blood and 112 days for double red cell donations.
I am unfortunately no longer up for donating blook today, and I am not sure who to contact.
