In a largely rain-soaked game that featured one team loaning two players to the other team to make a legal squad, during which one guy inexplicably played wearing pants and a completely different color shirt than his teammates, Ricky, as in the Father of the Suns of Ricky, scored the winner for Portland Griffons today. I’ve mentioned it to them, and they seemed at least curious. I’ll tell Ricky again; he’s kind of the equipment manager and I notice he kind of whips guys into line vis-a-vis coming to practice etc, but he’s also really bad about checking email. It’d probably be way more helpful to chat him up face-to-face, so next time you and he are both in the same room (also big Matt aka Baby Gorilla, who is the actual team manager) I’ll send him your way.
